The goal of therapy is to create a stronger relationship with yourself, which in turn allows you to cultivate more joy and stability in the other relationships in your life. Sometimes life deals us a difficult hand, and at times you may be overwhelmed by the feelings and experiences that you haven't been able to process. We can work together to gently and efficiently help you uncover the places where you’re stuck and the path to your unique healing process. I know that this first step takes courage, and I believe deeply in the transformation that is possible in this work.
